How to use guide - PFS300 Heat Sealing Machine

For Kraft Paper and Poly Pouches

Instructions:

1. Plug in the power cable.
2. Set the heating time based on the sealing thickness.
3. Place the plastic bag on the machine and press the handle.
4. The LED light turns on during sealing.
5. The machine automatically controls the heating time.
6. When the LED turns off, power is cut.
7. Hold the handle for 1–2 more seconds to cool, then release.
8. Increase cooling time to 2–4 seconds if the bag sticks.

Adjustments:

• Overheating (damage to bag): Decrease heating time (turn knob counterclockwise).
• Weak seal: Increase heating time (turn knob clockwise).
• Once properly set, no further adjustments should be needed for continuous use.

Note: The LED only indicates sealing—not power status.
