Free Sample Policy

To help you evaluate our products, we are happy to offer up to 5 free samples on your first request.

• Free samples are available for products up to 200mm width.
• This offer applies to first-time requests only.
• Any additional sample requests will be chargeable.

Paid samples are eligible for a full refund (including postage) when you place a standard order of £25 or more (excluding VAT and delivery). Refunds are limited to a maximum of 5 sample units.

Example:
If you purchase 10 sample units for £2 plus £3 postage, only the first 5 units and the postage will be refunded. In this case, the total refund would be £4 (including VAT), not £5.

Refunds are processed automatically. If you do not receive your refund notification, please contact us at sales@woodpeckerpackaging.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.
