What is Standard Delivery?
Our most cost-effective delivery option. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrive within 3–5 working days after courier collection. Deliveries to flats, gated communities, or difficult-access locations may take longer.
What is Express Delivery?
A faster service with delivery typically within 1–3 working days after courier collection. Dispatch is usually within 24 hours. Delivery times depend on courier collection and location.
Can You Guarantee Next-Day Delivery?
We pay for 24-hour courier services, but next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to courier collection times and access issues. In practice, delivery may take up to 3 working days. DHL overnight delivery is available for £7, but delays still occasionally occur.
Which Couriers Do You Use?
We work with trusted carriers including Royal Mail, EVRI, InPost, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, selected based on parcel size, weight, and destination.
What If I Miss My Delivery?
Couriers usually attempt up to two redeliveries. If returned, additional charges may apply. We recommend selecting delivery to a neighbour, safe place, or parcel shop when available.
What Is the Delivery Window?
Couriers typically deliver between 6am and 10pm. Some offer tracking and estimated time slots, but delivery timing is outside our control.
Do You Offer Timed Deliveries?
We no longer offer timed deliveries due to courier reliability issues. A custom Royal Mail service is available upon request from £9 + VAT.
What Happens If I Reject My Delivery?
Rejected deliveries are returned within up to 14 days. Refunds are issued minus return shipping and restocking fees.
Are Your Products Recyclable?
Most resealable pouches are not kerbside recyclable due to mixed materials. Many supermarkets accept flexible plastics for recycling. Compostable packaging should go in general waste. Read more info HERE
Can I Customise My Pouches?
Yes we can print direct on pouches or print labels, this is customised service as we are generally a blank pouch supplier, therefore we may be unable to produce some project that require a lot of art work support.
Poly Pouches - we print poly pouches are our factory in China for the best possible OEM quality with scratch proof and water resistance and this is fully digital using specialised machinery in a production line. The pouch can be fully printed including edges and raised surfaces.
Min Order - 5000 units | Cost Approx 26p/unit + Pouch Cost | Lead time is 6 weeks
Kraft Paper Pouches - we can print this here in the UK, this printing is only on the flat surfaces and not raised surfaces (resealable strip, side bonded areas and edges) or the the factory option above is available.
In UK - Min Order - 250 units | Cost Approx 26p/side + Pouch Cost | Lead time is 2 weeks
Factory print - Min Order - 5000 units | Cost Approx 26p/unit + Pouch Cost | Lead time is 6 weeks
Art Work - Once you let us know the product and the size, window or not window, we can supply you with the dimensions so you can prepare your art work, the art work needs to be in the same ratio as the product dimension and must be Hi-resolution and on a PDF format only.
Payment - 100% Advance
Do You Offer Free Samples?
Yes — up to 5 free samples (≤200mm width) only for the first time, any further samples can be purchased from THIS LINK
You can alternatively choose to purchase single units and try, this is the most common method with most of our regular customers.
Paid samples are eligible for a full refund (including postage) when you place a standard order of £25 or more (excluding VAT and delivery). Refunds are limited to a maximum of 5 sample units.
Example:
If you purchase 10 sample units for £2 plus £3 postage, only the first 5 units and the postage will be refunded. In this case, the total refund would be £4 (including VAT), not £5.
Refunds are processed automatically. If you do not receive your refund notification, please contact us at sales@woodpeckerpackaging.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.
