Bag Types and Sealing Levels:

Hand-Operated Sealing Machine Instructions:

Setup and Basic Operation:

1.      No power switch needed (automatic control).

2.      Plug the AC power cord into the socket.

3.      Adjust the heating time based on the material's thickness.

4.      Place the bag on the sealing surface, press the handle, and let the circuit automatically control the heating.

5.      When the indicator light goes out, the power is disconnected. Wait 1–2 seconds, then release the handle to seal the bag.

Troubleshooting:

1.      Damaged Sealing Area: Heating time is too long. Turn the knob counterclockwise to reduce the time.

2.      Weak Seal: Heating time is too short. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the time.

3.      Bag Sticking to Rubber Plate: Cooling time is insufficient. Wait longer after the indicator light goes out before releasing the handle.

Continuous Use:

1.      Once heating time is set, no further adjustments are needed for continuous use.

2.      The machine consumes no power when not actively sealing, even when plugged in.
